He has already collaborated with several prestigious ensembles, including the Orchestre National de Lille, the Deutsche Radio Philharmonie Saarbrücken, the Ensemble Intercontemporain, and the Gstaad Festival Orchestra.
Future highlights include his debut with the NDR Radio Philharmonic Hannover and with the RTVE Symphony Orchestra in Madrid. He is also set to work at the Opéra de Dijon, assisting Joseph Bastian in the production of Strauss's Ariadne auf Naxos. In the summer of 2026, he will appear at Tanglewood for a conducting seminar with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and will also join Paavo Järvi’s Conducting Academy at the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich.

From January 2024 to June 2025, he served as Assistant Conductor to Michael Sanderling with the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra, where he gained significant artistic experience and was closely involved in the orchestra’s musical work.
From an early stage of his career, Francesco Cagnasso has collaborated with numerous renowned orchestras in Switzerland and abroad, including the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana, the Danish National Symphony Orchestra, the Deutsche Staatsphilharmonie Rheinland-Pfalz, the St. Gallen Symphony Orchestra, the Mecklenburg State Orchestra Schwerin, the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra, the Göttingen Symphony Orchestra, the Bodensee Philharmonic Orchestra, the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra, and the Martinů Philharmonic Orchestra.

Thomas Voigt, born and raised in Germany, comes from a family of musicians. He studied violin and piano in Leipzig and Berlin and served as a violinist with the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra from 1990 to 1997. From 1989 to 2014, he was general manager of the Berlin Chamber Orchestra, leading the ensemble on extensive tours throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas. In this role, he also organized his own subscription concert series featuring a wide variety of
concerts at the Berlin Philharmoniie and the Konzerthaus Berlin. Since 1995, he has been working as an artist agent, concert promoter and consultant, collaborating with leading orchestras and artists.
